Hi Guys,

I've spent a while reading the forum and have been a non active member for some time. I have owned my current 944 S2 for 4 years and previously had a 85 early dash model in gaurds red. The S2 has seen some action (256,000 miles worth to be honest) but its a genuine car thats been looked after preety well by its former owners. Anyway no being in a position to start spending a bit more time and money on the car i'm looking at giving the interior the once over. The Linen leather front seats are worn and I would like to have them recovered in the original material, does anyone know how much this might cost? Also I' looking for a good specialist to do a service and give the oily bits a once over, anyone know where the best place in Essex is? Finally I have Leda coil-overs on the rear, I've had them refurbed but their still very noisy and I can't seem to get them to stop catching the metalwork, does anyone have any experience of these?

Many Thanks

Rob

Check out Autostrasse in Coggeshal. Porsche specialist and advertiser in PP. Very happy with them in my dealings. Ask for Ken.

Thats for the oily bits by the way!

I think Ledas are "known" on here for being noisy/hitting the body and even breaking apart

Thanks Guys,

I had heard of autostrasse I'll give them a call.
I guess it might be a good idea to go back to original porsche shocks on the back.
