Hi Guys,

I haven't actually bought a Boxster yet I am still looking around, I am going from a heavily modified standard looking vectra, queue the laughter........................now ! I had spent in the tens of thousands on engine mods but now I am bored with it, it really flys but it is a front engined front wheel drive vauxhall at the end of the day.

I am hoping to go for the 3.2 S and create a bit of a sleeper, I have all ready found mods such as manifolds, after market ECU's and the basics but I haven't found anything in the way of a supercharger add on for the 3.2 does any one know of supercharger kits.

My budget car wise is going to be about £16k and about £8k for mods, I know for £16k I am not going to get a low mileage one but I am not shy of doing my own engine rebuilds.

I am off to have a look around the forum now to see what I can find, any suggestions in relation to the above would be excellent.

Thanks everyone,

Superchargers can be found in the USA I understand. Not heard much (anything?) about anyone doing that over here.
I believe there might be issues with heat build up with a supercharger, but if it's done right then I don't see why that can't be overcome.

Good luck! Please let us know how this all pans out [:)]

Hi thanks for letting me know, I will keep looking, I think all this is going to be a few months away, it takes me ages to buy a car I like to know everything about them before I go ahead. I did originally want an SMG M3, but they just dont seem to have the same appeal as a Boxster.

Thanks again,

Your best bet for a supercharger in the UK is to talk to Ninmeister in Warrington. I'm not aware of anyone else offerign one, maybe he UK agent for EVOms could help too ?
