Hi to everyone, I am a convert to Porsche. Having been an avid BMW owner, and needing a vehicle change, my partner suggested that I should "think outside the Box" and look at a Porsche. Having no need for 4 seats I looked at a Z4, sorry BMW but it just did'nt rock my boat. A trip to PC Bournemouth and I was sold! Later found a great deal in Cardiff and on 2nd Jan '14 became the proud owner of a 2010 Boxster S in Carrera White, PDK, sports chrono + etc etc. Love it![:)]
Now looking forward to attending R26 meets and events and national events if time permits. Will view the forum site as often as possible. Regards to all.

Congratulations Dave and welcome to Porsche ownership! You'll have a blast in the Boxster. I think pictures are called for to properly show off your new motor however [:)]

Cheers

Thanks for the reply. As soon as we have some half decent weather, photos will follow. Can't wait to feel the wind on my receding hairline[&:]

Welcome to the fold.

Carrara white 2010 Boxster is the car of champions!

Am sure you'll enjoy it.

Welcome and congratulations on the purchase of your new Boxster.

Enjoy your membership to a great club.

Hi Dave, looking forward to seeing you at R26 meetings and events. Third Thursday of every month on your doorstep at the George Albert hotel, we're a friendly bunch and welcome new faces with open arms!

Thanks to all who have replied to my first post. Hopefully more as I become used to the forum.
