It is a shame Derek has resigned, he did a lot for our region and organised some great events.
Not sure what is going to happen, but I am planning on going to the February meeting as normal. Anyone else coming?
Also I have been sent through the details for Wellesbourne 15th June ( http://www.xm655.com/cars_contact.php ) and Churchill 8th June ( http://www.churchillsarsden.com/uploads/5/2/6/1/5261126/2014_entry_form_car_show_pdf.pdf ), if any one is interested.
I have been told Churchill is filling up fast if you are interested I would get your entry is quickly.

Hi James Agree with your comments about Derek I should hopefully be going on the 12th feb but will text you closer to the day if any problems G

Hi James, Hi Graham I am planning to be there on the 12th. Sad to see the Porsche & Planes event has been cancelled, however this does mean the Churchill (same day) is a plan B. Cheers

Hi James, Graham and Mike, With any luck I'm hoping to get along on Wednesday too. Anyone know if the road is still OK by the bridge at Burford? It was looking very flooded down there a week ago. Alan.

Hi Alan, I have just checked the Environment Agency web site and the river level is ok. Still quite a bit below the bridge for now so we should be ok. I am hoping it will not be too bad as I have just got my new 928 back and fancy a little run. Anyone else up for eating there?

This is posted on Wednesday 11:30am I wont be going tonight as there is a risk of flooding at Burford. See below Forecast For TodayUpdated: last updated about 1+ hour ago Today 12. Further to Geoff's post, at 14:00 this afternoon the EA monitoring station at [link=http://goo.gl/maps/PuUPS]Worsham[/link] was reporting the Windrush had reached 1.25m (a gnats whisker off its all time high of 1.28m) and was still rising. As the roads are now looking very iffy at Crawley, Minster Lovell, Swinford and now Worsham, and I'm not too keen to rip the undertrays off the Boxsters, I think I'm going to give it a miss tonight. Alan.

You mean to say R31 doesn't have a 'Regional Bus' ?

Hi Alan, I am still planning on going as the weather has improved a bit. Will see how things are later.

We had a good meeting and went over a few events and ideas for our region. I have been asked to list these so see the new post.
