I know we dont have an r/o at the moment but i'll be there on the first monday if everyone else wants to come along. It would be a shame if the meetings stopped. My mum and dad wont be there because they're in france (and taking their car keys with them too!) and i gather that helen and larry are away too.

Do we still have the room at the coopers arms helen?

Andy

appart from letting Coopers know that i am no longer the contact for Porsche club. and cancelling the pre meeting table booking in the resturant i've not changed anything...guess its up to Coopers Arms if they are happy to let the group use the room without someone taking overall responsability [:-]

I agree and hope that the monthly meetings continue. Unfortunately I will be on the way to Germany in August but will be there in September if anyone else is going to be there.

We won't be there for August either - we are in Cornwall but hopefully will do September. You won't be back at uni by then will you Andy?
I hope someone comes forward to take over from Helen - it built up so well while she was in charge and it would be a shame if it went to waste.
Sadly there is no way we could do it with our workload at present but surely someone will [8|]

Hi people,

I'd like to keep coming, (if you remind of the date!). Be a shame it things went tits up after I'd started coming and made 2 in a row!!

Anyone going to Eybsham?

Regards

Craig

I start back at uni on the 1st of october, my car is coming with me to sheffield (in a secure lockup) now so i should be able to come to more meetings now. see you in august.

Andy

Congratulations!

Meeting is indeed Monday 7th @ Coopers Arms, Weston-on-Trent, nr Derby; which is a nice pub to visit with a great big car park and lovely surroundings.

I have spoken to the Coopers and they will have a room available for us on Monday even though Helen can no longer "administer" it. It will be an informal meet - which it is anyway. Just somewhere we can all meet and chat; even about non Porsche things!

Unfortunately, I won't now be there as a "surprise" 40th party has come up on that night for a very good friend's wife. So I will look forward to seeing your 993 in September?

Hi,

How far is the Coopers Arms from Ashby de la Zouche?

I'm having the alignment done on my 993 at Chris Franklins, so I will be over that side of the region in the evening, and may be able to drop in

Pete
