next meeting

I got an email on the 30th from Mike to say "it is 2nd Sunday in the month, so 14th I guess. Clashes with Le Mans Series, so unlikely to be busy at OPC." I've got another engagement that day (motocross) so can't go regardless, but I will be going to the Britcar at Silverstone the following weekend where PCGB has arranged special parking for members.

Where is the best place to find additional information on the Britcar meeting and do you know if there are any ticket offers available?

If its too late to get tickets from PCGB - or they've run out - there is an offer in Autocar.

So is the meeting on this sunday and if so what time and where?

Colin,

Assuming everything is as normal it will be from 1:00pm at OPC Silverstone.

Regards

Dave

Yes, Dave - everything is "as normal". Sunday, 1.00pm at Porsche Centre Silverstone (in TOWCESTER).

See you there. Weather looks good tomorrow [:)].

Cheers

Sorry I couldn't be there today but I had a motocross meeting instead - and although it was in the same direction (North from me) I didn't fancy taking the Boxster into a muddy field!

At least you had good weather for it - hope it lasts for a couple more weeks - Silverstone next weekend and the 911 & Porsche World Picnic the following weekend.

For the third month running I missed the meet up as I went to the 1000km Le Mans race at Silverstone on Sunday, which got me thinking...

Why not meet up sometimes in one of the Silverstone car parks, might be able to pick up a few more members there as there are always plenty of Porsches going to the car events.

I'll make it to the Porsche Centre meeting one day I promise!
