Thats no good. . . .no furry dice. . . . [:D]
I saw this car on the bay. . . .some people have no idea do they, tempted to buy it to make it presentable again. . . [;)],

Definitely needs more turbo stickers - won't be fast enough with just 2

I particularly like the roll cage extension into the boot to make that space much less practical. Goes well with the font lowering springs (ah I see it's Spax) that mean the ride height is just about perfect [8|]

That ticks just about every box you want if you were trying to explain to someone what to avoid when buying a 944....[&o]

If you want to know what to do with that old aluminium greenhouse frame - use it to make an extension for that track day-wannabe car you always dreamt of creating.

Cheers,

Embaressing, that is why the 944 prices are held down because people do this to them and then have the brass neck to drive them on the queens [] .......................UBER TAT !

Thats it I'm leaving the forum. I have slaved and tried my best to build a beautiful and fast 944 ( by the way it has a hairdryer in the glove box so it is a Turbo ). And you so called experts and style icons slag it off and make quite frankly hurtful jokes about it.

[:(][:(]

I'm loving the roll cage. A solid example of how to use triangulation to improve strength and rigidity..... Not! :)

It never ceases to amaze me how much time, effort and occasionally money people expend to ruin their cars, especially 944's it seems. [&:]

The 'zimmer frame 944' has done the rounds on this forum before I think. It must change hands quite regularly... and each new keeper adds their own set of stickers.

God that is awful, though its only just up the road from me and luckily I have never seen it about in the supposed 8 years they've had it. Though am almost tempted to go and view it for a bit of a laugh!

dont forget the one on the back

Now we know who has been teaching that other god-awful vendor, lol

It reminds me of a mate who turned up at a meet and people fawned over his rollcage with FIA spec padding.

I'll never forget him turning to me and saying "none of these car experts have realised it's some old garden canes from the shed zip tied together and covered in pipe lagging from B&Q to see if anyone would be stupid enough to fall for it".
