Nice looking Lux on Ebay...

Ah, that seems like the sort of car that I am looking for, well spotted. Does anyone know of a local specialist that would be able to do a pre-purchase inspection on the car, or failing that, someone from the club that would view it for me for a fee?

Looks nice that! You can get an S2 for that money but if it's as nice as it looks it could be a good one. No mention of when the belts were last changed so budget for that too.

Does look nice and if you are near Bolton, then Hartech will do you a through inspection, as Simon says - they did mine, after I had bought it...DOH
 
I may give Hartech a call to see what they can do. I'm away this weekend, so won't be able to go and see the car myself. Does anyone have any idea for approximate rates for a pre-purchase inspection for a 944 Lux?

It is a bit worry that the vendor struggles to spell the word 'Porshce' (sic too), hopefully it won't relefct the general accuracy of the advert.
