I have been puzzling about the origin of scorch marks on my trousers recently - no not there you smutty schooldboys [
] - where strange marks have appeared on my trousers below the knee..[:-]
Unpacking the A P05TAN at the weekend after a trip to Waitescoburys I hauled out the bags from the rear boot and felt a burning sensation in my shin. Yes, it was the hot exhaust that has been making neat spectacle marks on my trousers and this time on my shin as well. Looking at the strangely styled exhaust pipe, it projects just enough to act as a branding iron.
It seems strange that the marketing boys at the command bunker over there in the land of lederhosen missed the opportunity to make the exhaust in the shape of the Porsche logo so that all their customers could be branded for life with the approved image.[&:]
