Nice rear lights on this

That's been for sale on Ebay and Crackheads forever. They have some deluded notion that making a perfectly nice car hideous will quadruple it's value.
And if you think that's bad, look at what they've done to improve this poor little 924.......

Can't believe these monkeys are still in business. Checking our new best friend https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ the reg no. isn't recognised. Presumably been SORN'd for years. An absolute travesty in every respect. I can't believe that it would pass an MOT with those rear bus lights. Not sure about reverse lights..... are these mandatory or just have to work if fitted?

"Never been on the road".......unlikely to be in the future in this guise.... no actually it must be a 944 starship.
"and the wife can use it for shopping"....would your wife want to be seen dead in this car? ...I asked mine and she said 'you are joking'. Stick on bonnet scoop...WTF is that doing there. Would suit someone into tattoos and body piercing.

Poor 924 spyder......IIRC it was the same outfit selling the 944 reptile with huge snake vinyl down the side a few years back.

I'm sure they were trying to sell that car when I started looking for mine around 3 years ago, what a way to treat a nice car, it's surely not done anything to deserve that!

I thought all their stock and possessions was auctioned a year or so ago. It wax a live on site and online auction. I bid for a watch but lost out. Everything including the kitchen sink was listed

Those cars have been knocking about for years. They couldn't shift them at ÂŁ4K looks like they'll be hanging around for much longer.

They appear to be under the impression that removing the rear seat and then adding a load of useless cosmetic junk makes it a lightweight track car.

I never get bored of these cars. Great to see them every couple of years and I hope they keep listing them for ever! [:)]

Oh dear.......even worse than I'd remembered, looks like it's been airbrushed not a vynil.......eek!...the trouser snake still lives [:(]

Over the years many examples of "When 944's go bad" have graced this forum but this lot seem to happily be part of a dying breed as the cars appreciating reputation hauls them away from the clutches of those of a chav persuasion.
10 out of 10 for perseverence in this case if rather less for good taste and business sense.

Considering they never made a 924 Cab, simply cutting the roof off a coupe seems like a good idea ...NOT!

I hope you don't mean those of us with that surname?! ??

Nah......for those not familiar, I was referring to Barryboys, see www.barryboys.co.uk. Here's another, what's known as a SFS......Self Found Shi##er. I was unfortunate enough to stumble across this in Spain a few years back. What do you reckon that spoilerage came off? Trying to be a 924 Sierra Cosworth?
