Just had the Porsche centre in Chester on the email and then phone, they've booked me in for an hours test drive in a new Boxster Sport on Saturday afternoon - and did I mind that it would be with one of the proper Porsche drivers that they happened to have for the weekend!! [:D] Oh no - how much will this make me want a new one??!!
Wooo! They've also thrown in a valet and complimentary check of my 986S whilst I'm out! Yes - I know they'll be recommending loads of things that need doing at the next service! [:(] Now - will it be cheaper to buy a new one than pay the next service cost?!! Lol! Roll on Saturday!

[:(] ooh well - I'll see how it goes - I'm quite happy to let them vacuum out the dog fur instead of me!!
Will report back on Monday, see if I concur!

valet was fine .... although car dirty already now - courtesy of muddy paw prints from the dog and a topless blast around yesterday!!!
Thoroughly enjoyed the new Boxster ..... but also went out in a few others ..... [:D] at least I know what I want next I suppose (absolutely fell in love with the C4S cab with black wheels!!) .... but will have to save an awful lot of pennies!!! So - do I need to eat at all this year? Do I need to pay for gym membership? Do I really need a house?? How much is the going rate for a kidney?!!

Glad everything went well. Can't blame you being tempted by a Carrera ..... Regarding the finance ... you could always have a towbar fitted and live in a caravan!!!! maybe not .... unless of course you bought a Cayenne, but thats no comparison to a 911 ... you don't always have to buy new of course [;)]
