Sorry to hear about the bump, that was the reason mine went into the bodyshop when it did as some plonker in a van reversed into my rear wing...

Just got my black turbo out been using it to go to work (with a few detours for a quick blat),when you don't drive one for a couple of months then you hop back in it comes flooding back why i love this model of car so much, plus all this power talk makes me want to buy shiny bits to make it boostier[]
With you on that one![]
It's all of the talk about 3.2 mega booosters that is driving me nuts...
Repeats to himself... "My car is fast enough, my car is fast enough, my car is fast enough, my car is fast enough..."

The damage requires a new badge panel (and badge) and the front PU taken off and resprayed which requires two new fog/driving lamps as (surprise) the old ones broke. Andy has taken off the panels and will refit as they know the intricacies of the cars better than the bodyshop. The front bonnet catch panel needs pulling back (its surprising how flimsy it is) but the intercooler is ok I am told.
A new cycling valve and a check for boost leaks should have her up and running better. She will now be nice and shiney and relatively stone chip free. The only issue is that I hope the paint match is a good un as its had a superb respray a few years ago and the previous owner included the paint recipe/formulae so as to match it in the future. Of course there is no guarantee so crossed fingers on that one.
Andy showed me their new geometry set up equipment, very impressive, especially as they will check and reset mine as required now that the W/M ARB`s and KWV3 have settled in.
I also had a tour of the circa 1000bhp Monaro they are building []
