Put some Night Breaker Unlimited bulbs in the car today £13.00, think the head lights need aligning correctly after I changed the complete headlamp units for new ones,

real bargain off gumtree they guy did not know what he had £70.00 for the pair BNIB nice[:D] normal price £230 each

Google "Night breaker Extreme" and you get Osram Night Breaker Unlimited vs Phillips X-treme Vision - but no results for night breaker extreme! NB Unlimited are only £15 a pair on Ebay, so hopefully you did get the headlights as well - or your reputation for finding cheap parts is in ruins![:(][:(]

Ah, that makes sense, but it's not what you said to start with [;)]

Jammy sod!

Glad to see that your reputation as a bargain hunter is intact.

Well I had to change at least one as the one in the car was a LHD one

I have no idea how it got through the mot before I bought the car with the NS LHD and the OS RHD, just another little problem I had to sort out along with the mirad of others

Like the false service history, broken balance belt, leaking fuel lines, plate lift in all four calipers, broken rear suspension mounts, the list ended up at about 400 jobs to do

And the car came from a guy who is supposedly well know in Porsche circles, that's why I bought it from him, the recommendations!!!!

But think of the great service that you have done for the rest of us 968 owners with all of your how to guides and cheap fixes.
If you'd bought a car that didn't need anything doing you wouldn't have been able to help the rest of us.

Well done that man!
