No Boost!!!!

OK guys and got my tial DPW installed yesterday and manual boost controller. Got the chips in as well. Whole thing went like a dream and took about 4 hours start to finish. took it for a quick test run and albeit that the boost controller wasn't set up (ie wound fully out) all was very good. The car pulled fantastically and boost came on nice and quick. Took a drive over to a friends house today and we were going to finish the job and set up the controller. On my way over my boost dropped out completely. i.e. the dash gauge will not rise above 1 bar for love nor money!! The car is gutless also (well compared to before hand). The test gauge I had fitted did not register anything either. The car does rev all the way but obviously takes an age without the aid of boost. What are your thoughts guys? Could it be something simple because I am fearing the worse at the moment. My thoughts are that the wastegate has jammed open effectively bypassing the turbo or indeed that my turbo is shot!!! Just seems very coincidental that it would pack up after installing the new wastegate. Anyone had the same problem or know of a possible cause? Please help - life without boost seems meaningless. Don't know if I would be able to go on!!!

check all vac hoses and boost pipes first rob... make sure they are all done up properly especially the hoses conecting to the intercooler and turbo, extra boost can blow these off

Double check all boost pipes. But my 1st Tial stuck closed!! (mega boost).

Promax changed it and all was OK.

What about exhaust seals - if your exhaust is leaking then the turbo will not be driven. Also check all your vacuum lines and everything that you have disturbed. I'm afraid it will probably be one of those process of elimination things.
