No longer looking at this car (OBE) - Anyone know this car (997 Targa 4)?

Hi all,
Going to have a look at a 997 Targa 4 on Wednesday and wonder if anyone has any knowledge of it. If so please PM.
It's a 2007 30,000 miles midnight blue car, looks pretty good. The car is on Autotrader and located in Swindon being sold by Apex Motor Co.
I would paste the link but it's massive and I don't know how to change it to something sensible. Currently up at £37.5k.
If I like it I intend to get a professional inspection carried out.
Any info gratefully received.
