No Response from PCGB Retail Department in over Three Weeks

Hi Guy's,

Just checking to see if anyone else is having problems with e-mail replies sent to the PCGB retail, I have now sent two e-mails over the last three weeks and still no response/ reply ?
 
My wife bought some items from the shop just before Christmas and had no problems. I guess they are on their christmas break now.

Hi,

Sorry to hear of difficulties. The retail team will be back in the Clubhouse from 2nd January.


 
Thanks Guy's I did however e-mail before the Christmas break, and there was no out of office. So will wait until the 2nd January 2018 and try again if no response. thanks for all replies

Finally got a reply today after the third e-mail, anyway after all that the item I wanted was out of stock and they don't no when they will be available ?
