Hi everyone, I'm posting on behalf of my mate that's just bought a 928
he has the following questions

1, i reversed my car on the drive and popped her in park, i then tried to move the lever with the button depressed and it wouldn't move from park. i pulled the lever hard and it moved. i went for a drive the next, no issue until i tried to reverse and nothing happened. their is no positive feel between the neutral and park and it remains notchy between the two. i disconnected the cable and the lever in the car works as it should, the cable looks fine at both ends, but nothing happens when the lever is in reverse.

how does the gear lever come out, i have removed the 3 bolts, the lever moves around, but fails to pull out

the car is a 1982 auto

Either reply to the thread if you can help or e-mail Adam on f.culverwell@tiscali.co.uk

Thanks
Karl
