Non Porsche Warranty

Hi all. I am toying with the idea of getting warranty on my 2001 996 C4 just for added peace of mind. As my car is about to become older than 9 years old and also has a non standard stereo it wouldn't meet the official Porsche criteria for a warranty. Therefore, I wondered if anyone had details of non Porsche warranties that provide the usual protection. I'm not really after an all singing/dancing warranty just peace of mind against the real horror events that, hopefully, are unlikely to occur (e.g. engine, gearbox failure etc). I saw the earlier details that mentioned Hartech's warranty and whilst that looks appealing it's not very convenient for me location wise. I'm on the Herts/Essex border so anything even slightly more local would be ideal.

If anyone has details of providers and ideally any approximate detals of cost and extent of cover that would be much appreciated. Many thanks
