And yes it was very very wet, but those brave souls really had fun --- though not without their moments, and no real damage done [:D][:D][:D]

Me, I just had a little spin, but it was MEGA !!!

You mean this one ? [:D]

Did you ever see Freddie Mercury perform live ? [:)]

Not Croft .. but not a zillion miles away [;)]

One day Karts may be the size of Subaru's [:D][:D]

There is a Kart circuit but there's also a very driveable short circuit with a wonderful slow complex (great for throwing the car around in relative safety), a decent straight with comfortably over 110 MPG accessible before a wide fast 180 loop, a Pif Paf type "bus stop" which is where the pics were taken, followed by a driftable left and a medium tight right, and back to the complex.

I took the GT3 to see how a medium sized Porker might fare, and it was brilliant. I believe the circuit is around 1 mile in length and lap times seemed to be around 55 seconds ??

It's small and fairly intimate, but everybody seemed to be having a lot of fun [;)]

....... comfortably over 110 MPG accessible ........

I'd be more than happy at any track if I could achieve that!!![:D][:D]

I just bought a 1976 Ford F 100 Pick up Truck, that will do about 9 MPG..... how can one do 110 MPG?[:D][:D]

390 ci, Jasper crate engine, a bad boy!

To haul the Cup???

Probably yes, but not now. It arrived 6 hrs ago, will see it tomorrow for the first time. I heard the engine on the phone, it is a bad roaring V8, prob Jasper stage 2, I´ll see. The guy who picked it up for me was really impressed, lotsa torque and power, lotsa wheelspin.
First it has to be europeanised and then........ I´ll burn some rubber![:D][:D][:D]

After that I´ll try to find a reason for having this truck.... maybe hauling the Cup?[;)]

Sounds like a good addition, I think an interesting tow car is vital (not that I have one).

At Mallory last month, there was a classic single seater that was towed by rather bland looking, but well presented 1960/70s Van. It was sign written down the side and made a nice accompanyment to the classic car. I looked at the large covered trailer, and thought it must a painful drive aournd the country in that! Then they started it up! Some crazy V8 tuned engine had been shoehorned into this poor thing. I think it would happly tow at 70/80, although petrol must cost a bit!! [:D]
