I would like to give thanks to all the info and help I have had whilst looking for a 964, I've eventually settled on a 1990 Targa 2 finished in Red with Linen and black trim, just over 70k miles with a full service history and for the last 12 years plus by the same local independant Porsche specialist who I deal with. The car has had 2 previous owners and is a local car, both previous owners being less than 7 miles from me.
The image doesn't do it justice as it was a dull and murky day.
I have a few things I want to do to it over the coming months but am now looking forward to some brighter weather to go and play in it.

Thanks Steve

Guard Red - I think my all time favourite colour for a 911 - I feel some driving and concours coming on[;)]

Seeing a beautiful original car like that almost make me want convert my 1990 targa back to D90s and flags, though I still think black takes some beating. Bought mine last year. Now 90k miles.
