Nox sensors for V8 diesel Cayenne

Hi all.
Recently had issues with my late 2016 V8 4.2 Cayenne diesel…turned out was my transfer case. Still under warranty so was covered. The day I went to lift my car the engine light was on so wouldn’t leave the Porsche centre until they investigated! They advised me it was a historic fault—Nox sensor in bank 1 needed replaced…was annoyed as light was never on when I drove so wasn’t sure if they did something while working on my car! Firstly, are Nox sensors covered by warranty (someone said they might) and also was going to sell my car so anyone know of anywhere these sensors are for sale for reasonable price?! Porsche centre said would be about £1500 and with Xmas coming up didnt need this! Thx

If your "warranty" is Porsche Approved Warranty suggest you read the "exhaustive list" of items not covered due to wear and tear towards the end of the actual contract. If Nox sensors or something similarly relevant isn't on that list, it's covered. Show the list to the OPC and ask them to justify why it isn't covered if they argue.
