Just had a quick look at this message thread on another forum, and noticed 3 seperate times for the 997:

7:59 --- 154.82 km/h -- Porsche 997 Carrera S, PASM setting "Performance", (Walter Roehrl WHEELS 06/ 2004)
8:02 --- 153.86 km/h -- Porsche 997 Carrera S, PASM setting "Sport", (Walter Roehrl WHEELS 06/ 04)
8:05 --- 152.91 km/h -- Porsche 997 Carrera S, PASM settino "Standard", Walter Roehrl (WHEELS 06/04)

What is the Performance setting? Have I been missing out on something, or is the "Sport" setting that they are referring to the Sport button on, but with the normal suspension setting ????

One of the three times could be with the sports Suspension & LSD (No PASM with sport suspension)

I did read an article interview with Walter Roehrl a year or two back and he stated he got a faster time at the ring with the sports chrono on but suspension setting in normal, PASM in sport was more for track work he said and too hard for parts of the ring
