This was a mint car 3 years ago until the pikeys stole the wheels and it has not moved since. It only has 78000 on it with full service history

944's do store up very well, bet you will be shocked how easily that could be a good car again. Not too expensive too if you are happy to get your hands dirty.

Firstly I will have to get a set of wheels to move her to a nice dry garage. Does anyone happen to know besides Porsche wheels what others fit

Not sure any other wheels fit - this one will need 15" early offset (ET 23 or similar), so Fuchs (expensive) or cookie cutters (used to be cheap but seem to be getting more expensive)

Sure there was someone on here complaining about their 15" Fuchs last week - sure you could do deal? Need to get the floor-plan off the mud and let it breath. My only concerns would be rot on the chassis.

I'd want to be positive the miles are correct before investing anything in it. I suspect it's been round the (five digit) clock - at least once. Those are very hard wearing interiors, no way that gear shifter has under 80k on it, that's over 150k does that to a 944 gear shifter. Driver chair has wear too.

Maybe you could offer it to this guy..

..he is mileage blind, has ONLY (2)36k on his..

Mark
He has all the service history to back the mileage So that's why I asked if it was worth keeping. Also the interior is rough because the n/s window is smashed and that's why its stinking with mould etc

Gents,

I know the correct wheels are dear hence why I have asked if there is any others that I can fit just to move it with

It hasn't been taxed since 2007. so has probably been rotting there for 8 years. I would look very carefully at the floors and sills before getting involved.

Most likely complaining that they are about £1k a set these days.
