OBC Activation

I know that this subject has been covered before because it is from there that I picked up Richard Hamilton's recommendation of Wrightune. Having been there this morning I can thoroughly endorse Richard's comments. Tony Wright is a really nice bloke. Nothing's too much trouble and now I've got a working computer (although knowing the MPG is not necessarily a plus!).

If you're thinking of having your OBC activated you could do a lot worse than take a trip to Wallingford to see Tony. [:D]

Its always good to hear such recommendations - have been tempted myself with the computer and cruise upgrade from Wrightune. I wonder if they can do one where the mpg shows about 10 better than what it really is for when the OH is in the car ? :)

Hi,

I have a PCM1 and thought I would also get the OBC activated.

Dropped the car into HP Motorsport (next door to Design 911 in Hainult) for a few things and asked them to activate it. I will get the stalk put on at a later date.

Activated no problem, and shows outside temp gauge by default. Not sure if that can be changed to range or something else though.
