OBC LED

Hi,

my OBC LED light has stopped working. A local porsche indy says usually they can get the light back on but it stays on all the time i.e. when the headlamps are off??

I have read elsewhere it is just a case of replacing the LED at the back of the OBC. Has anyone had any experience of this?

I've read more than once that they can usually be fixed with a firm smack from the palm of your hand [
