PCGB Speed Championship Prescott Including the Autumn American Classic.

Elaine and I will be going to this one along with a few others.

Advance tickets online are £15.00 Per Person for Saturday (£18 on the day) and we will have a stand for our cars.

The Paddock will be buzzing with hot rockin' music from The Bravo Boys, show cars, and high octane entertainment.
Special performances include stilt walkers, cheerleaders, vegas showgirls and the legendary Demon Drome Wall of Death motorcycle show (the oldest wall of death in existance). The Demon Drome use original 1920's Indian Motorcycles as they perform death defying tricks and stunts on a vertical raceway just inches from your eyes. (All entertainment is included in the admission price).

Other attractions: Saturday: Bugatti Owners Club, Austin Healey Sport Speed Championship, Midland Automobile Club, Porsche Club GB, Scimitar and Sabre Speed Championship

Sunday: Bugatti Owners', Vintage Sports Car Club, 500 Owners Association, Austin Healey Club, Aston Martins Owners Club, HSCC, Historic BMW, Historic AM, MGCC, TVR Club, Morgan Sports Cars "˜Techniques' Speed Championship. The Revington TR Register Speed and Paul Matty Sportscars Classic Championships.

Maybe meet for a breakfast and then drive up together.

Yep, this sounds good, im sure me & Julie be up for this (depending on my shifts) - what day are you thinking of going all ? Or you doing both days.

As a Bugatti Owners Club member I should be able to pull a few strings and get a dedicated PCGB parking area. If you get an idea of numbers I'll speak to my contact at the club. [:)]

Many thanks for your kind offer, but I have this in hand at present. I have asked for a larger space than we had last year.

There is a deal on with Living Social, a bit like Groupon with tickets at £7.00 for the day or £10.00 for the 2 days.

Only a few days left

Martin,

have just had an email from David Douglas to say he is going.

Hope you all have a good time

Regards Stuart

I'll be there on Sunday.

There is a good breakfast to be had at the venue in the Club House. We could meet there?

Thanks Martin for organising the site - a great day

Nice to see everyone

Now I just have to remove all the mud!

Hi all,
Thanks for stopping me outside on Sat and inviting me on to your stand, managed to park on there with out to many issues, and took 1/2 a day Sunday getting all the mud off, it was a good day and nice to see a fair amount of Porches actually racing ,

Many thanks to everyone who came along and made the best of the rather testing underfoot conditions!

I arrived at lunchtime in white 964rs and Rubystone RS convoy. The marshals wouldn't let us in to park with PCGB so we ended up in the very muddy field across the road. [&o]

Sorry to hear that: If it's any consolation the same thing happened on Sunday, when I used our area for another display.

Aside from the Orchard also being very muddy there were a few traffic control issues there and the situation was not helped by some cars being abandoned in all sorts of unsuitable places.

It wasn't really too much of a problem, we found a relatively flat area to park in the field and span our way out through the quagmire at the end of the day. Being a regular and BOC Member I thought the marshals were unusually unhelpful on Saturday. I would have hoped they would try to be more helpful where particularly low-sitting sports cars were concerned - they're usually very accommodating.

Still, what a great day out with fantastic weather! [:)]

Speaking of which... Les, did you manage to extract your car from its muddy resting place? [:D]

My first time at Prescott and a really good day out - never mine the action on track, the Wall of Death made it worth braving the mud!
