October Meeting - Venue Change

After feedback from members we have decided to hold our October (14th) meeting at The Carpenters Arms, Fulbrook. This follows negative reviews from some members concerning our recent Southern meeting venue, The Inn for All Seasons, where we have met a few times this year.

Having been approached by the new proprietors of The Carpenters Arms, who are very pleased to welcome us back to our previous regular meeting venue, we feel that The Carpenters Arms offers a somewhat more welcoming environment in which to meet. They assure us that since they have taken over they have worked hard to ensure their evening menu offers a good selection of quality locally-sourced food at very reasonable prices, ranging from sandwiches and bar-snacks to substantial main meals. Their menu can be found here.

Please make a note in your diary/calendar of this venue alteration which is NOT as published in Porsche Post.

Subject to a positive experience, we will re-locate future meetings to The Carpenters Arms, alternating monthly with The Red Lion at Long Compton. We look forward to seeing you all at The Carpenters Arms next month.

Just to remind you that we'll be meeting at the Carpenter's Arms at Fulbrook this evening (and NOT the Inn for All Seasons as published in Porsche Post). Look forward to seeing you there.

Many thanks for the helpful feedback Ted. As you and everyone else felt the experience was very positive, I've just booked a regular slot at the Carpenters Arms for the next 12 months. This will alternate with meetings at the Red Lion in Long Compton.

The next meeting at the Carpenters Arms will be in January.
