Oddments tray repair

I know its a common fault with 996's, but over a year ago the hinge on my oddments tray lid broke. FInally got around to purchasing the repair kit from Porscheshop in Halesowen. After he took my money the guy wished me luck and advised me that the repair was "a bit of a faff".

Oh great.....

But it was not to be. Superbly engineered fix. Simple and (almost) fool proof. Took me 30 mins or so. Perfect and robust fix - as long as you have the right tools (which for once I did).

Recommend it to anyone who can handle a drill.
