OEM Stone Chip Gaurds

Recently bought some stone chip gaurds for my rear arches from a supplier that advertises in the Porsche magazines, I asked when ordering if they were OEM and he said they were. Now they have arrived I question that they are OEM. The packaging does not have any Porsche part number stickers on and when matching up to the car they seem slightly smaller.

Can anyone confirm if they should have a part number sticker on the pack? I have seen others advertised and they have 3M backing on them, these do not. Are genuine items always made by 3M ?
