Not sure how many of you out there have come across Oettle (via ebay). I've just finished fitting the modified back boxes to my 997 Gen 1. For a total of £405 inc P&P, I've got a system which sounds terrific and has no switchable baffles etc to go wrong. I would say the noise is better than the Fabspeed system on my old 996 and knocks the standard system into a cocked hat.
If you're not worried about warranty issues/original parts, I would strongly recommend going down this route. VFM would be even better if Sterling was stronger. I have struck up a dialogue with Marcus at Oettle - he is keen to do more business with PCGB. Mention my name and he might even do a bit of deal on the price.
