Off Road / Winter wheels and Tyre's

Hi, I have a 2014 Cayenne S D 4.2 V8 with 21" wheels. and air suspension. Does anyone on the forum know what is the largest size wheel with a 50 / 55 profile that can be fitted. I would also be interested to hear from members that have recommendations for tough high performance tyre's capable of coping with rough tarmac at speed. In addition I need to know which wheels can be coded for the TPMS system relevent to my MY. This might be thought of as an unusual request, but the Cayenne is replacing my Hi-Lux and will be used for travel to and from Ukraine. Good high speeds roads through Germany and Poland and not so good in Ukraine where the roads can be good for several miles and then quite deteriorated as you would expect in a country at war, but not so much fun at night.
All recommendations would be welcomed.
