official warrantee conditions

Still hoping to get a 996 if I find the right one. If I go for a OPC Pre-Purchase Inspection and Extended Porsche Warranty, do I then have to have the thing services at an OPC to maintain the warrantee, or can I take it to an independent and just go back to the OPC if something breaks ?
 
Definately worth getting an inspection done via an OPC and an OPC warranty.

I think you will need to get the car serviced for the warranty to remain valid but anything extra that is not covered by the warranty could be done via an independant I believe without effecting the warranty.
