Right, so he wastes £8k on creating a total abomination including bodykit and "all uther parts" and then can't afford to find out why the car won't start and gives up ???? Possibly its non firing engine is a good thing as am willing to bet that having lobbed the roof off he hasn't done any strengthening and the chassis/body now has the structural stiffness of a blancmange....[&o]

Im both tempted and surprised that Lali is selling. The car wasnt particularly impressive when Buttercup built it, but Kevin Eacock has transformed it.

I do have the money for the 924S/968, but not the space. I do wonder whether itll be both cheaper and better than the 924S/VAG 5vT that Im starting too.....

That 962 is a Kremer James, rather than a Porsche; but Kremer built a better car, and most factory cars chassis were third party after a while (whether Kremer or someone elses...(.

And who let that bl**dy Ferrari rep into the P&911 World picnic!!!!![&:]

We were putting bets on whether the organisers put in with the Italians or the Japs, its an MR2 underneath. Because he owns a 924 as well he wanted to park with the other 924 owners.

I have to admit , I had seen the CGT 'rep' car and I too had wondered if it were for me.

I do love an original project type car as long as it has been done with some class and I suspect that one has. It must be a horendously quick car too.
