Oil cooler housing

Hi folks, my beloved Pablo has sprung a leak.

It seems to be coming from the housing for the oil cooler.

Upon closer inspection it seems the previous owners had the same problem but they fixed it by cover it in chemical metal.

Has any one else had a similar issue or can anyone point me in the direction of what else could be leaking in that area.
