Oil grade for 3.2

I have just completed my first year of 911 ownership.
No problems, great time with the car.

The car had an oil change/service/MOT before I purchased it.
Can anyone advise me on the correct grade of oil and company (Mobil, Shell etc) for the car.
Also what type of oil is recommended; ie semi-synthetic, synthetic etc.

The car is a
911 3.2 Carrera Targa
1985, pre G50 gearbox.

I used to use Castrol Magnatec 10/40 when i had my 3.2
was a long time ago now maybe something better now days
But never had a problem with it.

Mobil 10/40 semi-synthetic is all you need and have run it in my 3.2 for years.
