My oil pressure is 4.5 bar at tickover with engine hot;that cant be normal can anybody help,PLEASE;;;;;.

Why does the title say oil in water yet the text says high oil pressure [&:]

You're right, the pressure at idle when warm should be around 3 bar.

Which 944 have you got?

The high pressure could be a sticking oil pressure relief valve, or maybe (hopefully) a faulty presure sender.

Water in oil could be a leak at the oil cooler getting into the water, or of course the dreaded head gasket failure [:-]

Both of mine (current and previous) have sat about 4.5 when warm they only dropped to 3 when really hot but I do use 15/50 oil. Did the seals etc. get changed because you had a gasket failure? it may take some time to get all the oil out if so unless it was really well flushed.
