Oil in Water

Plenty of the oil sump is pumping up to the water reservoir in SCZ (86 lux 8v). And getting rapidly worse[:(]. On Saturday there were a few "globs" of oil on top of the water reservoir when I took the filler cap off. Now...LOADS. The dipstick has gone from full to minimum in 3 days. But there is no trace of emulsified oil on the dipstick or oil filler cap? Oil in water, no water in the oil? Any ideas guys?
