oil leak

I got the underside of my engine steam cleaned to remove years of oily build up and have now found that i have a bloody oil leak.

Coming from the back of the engine somewhere, does anyone know wot this possibly could be.

I suppose there are probably a million things that it could be but shedding some light on a few common things could help greatly thanks
