Oil level gauge

As you are all so helpful I have another question, the oil level gauge registers straight up all the time, even with ignition off, the oil pressure gauge reads spot on as does temp etc, could this mean a new sender unit?
Any suggestions and how to sort it, is it easy, I like to do as much work myself if possible.

The cahnces are that you have a short circuit between the sender unit and the gauge. The system relies on resiustance. On my car it is intermittant, obviously a wir touching sometimes and not others.. For more information contact our technical rep, Jack Phillips on 01865 880626 ( Autofarm).
