oil seal + cambelt change

hiya all, talking to specialist this am,after chatting about oil leak,that was mentioned on mot advisory,we then decided whilst oil leak was being sorted, it was a good idea to change cambelts as they will need changing in the next 5000miles or so,apart from new water pump,cambelt,is there anything else that would need replacing? or is worth doing while having the above work done? i will also be having new power steering fluid and new gear box oil[swepco?],. cosmetics next!!, wheel refurb after that, both because i want her looking great rather then neccessity as wheels not bad at all but after seeing edds[cooperman] and how amazing they looked, wheels then became 3rd priorty,. costing but i love it!!! thanks all jason p
