On a par to Classic Le mans - but different in a German kind of way.

Your chance to drive the ring in anger.

I'm thinking about it, and wondered whether there was any serious interest.

The club has sent me details of their Porsche Hospitabilty package over the weekend it was £160 for tickets and food during the day (+ other little bits).

Would just need to find somewhere to stay and book and tunnel crossing.

Anyone?

Phil,

I am organising a group of Region 17 ( Hants and Wilts) members, we are up to 20 ( 10 Cars) now. We are staying at the Mercure Hotel in Bad Neuenahr, about 20 miles from the ring. Staying Thursday - Tuesday, the ring is open on Monday afternoon......

Will do . . . .

Looking at the map . . . the road down to the circuit from Bad Neuenahr looks like it could be fun (especially the river route)[:D] http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/int/dyn/controller/Driving_directions#startLocid=3bMG1SRVBfVEFfNjEyNzYwMzMzMDAwNTc4NlNFUlJFUDExMTBjTlRBdU5UUTNNemc1Y055NHhORFF5Tnc9PQ__&destLocid=3bMDhSRVAyNDEzMTZTRVJSRVAxMTEwZ05UQXVNek00TnpreE1URT1nTmk0NU5UZ3dNemc0T0RrPQ__&step1Locid=&step2Locid=&vh=CAR&distance=km&strVehicle=0&intItineraryType=6&devise=1.0|EUR&isAvoidFrontiers=false&isFavoriseAutoroute=false&isAvoidPeage=false&isAvoidVignette=false&isAvoidLNR=false&carTypeHidden=Citadine&caravaneHidden=false&typeCarbHidden=essence&autoConso=6.8&villeConso=6&routeConso=5.6&carbCost=1.3&dtmDeparture=03/05/2007

Cost is an issue for me (being a cheap skate).
