**Update**

The girlies are to meet at 1.30pm in the Common Room.

We're planning on having an afternoon tea for R3 ladies at Beamish Hall on Saturday 12th August.

The guys can drop us off then go for a drive while we eat cake and drink Prosecco.

**Update**

** I have given final numbers to Beamish Hall so cannot book anyone else **

The afternoon tea is booked for 1.30pm in the Common Room. It is £15pp plus a contribution to the room hire (less than £5) as we have a private room with our own waiter.

Count me in. Greg's planning a drive for any of the fellas who want to join him while we have our afternoon tea - though he won't have a navigator!

Brilliant David! We had hoped Karen would be able to make it!

Plan on checking with people in person and the next meeting as we know not everyone has individual forum accounts :)

Couldn't attend the meeting last night, is there an update for Saturday? Such as meeting time and what happening with the lads and their toys, is there a route planned?

Cheers

Dropping the ladies off for 1.30 then meet at the Stables bar. Drive starts at 2.00 heading for Stanhope, weardale stopping at tearooms at Allendale then back via Hexham.

Thanks from me and Helen. Great opportunity to meet folks and make the best of the lousy weather. The run was surprisingly enjoyable - good route Greg thank you.

Had a cracking drive in the wet (even though I moaned all the way before I dropped Wendy off). Focused the mind and just showed how these amazing machines cope in such terrible conditions and we didn't spare the horses either[:D]. Cracking route, coffee and cake, what more could you ask for!!

Cheers Greg.
