Ok I'm appealing to the generousity of the PCGB massive...

On sunday while most of you will be sitting down to watch the opening race of the F1 season I'll be warming up and stretching ready for the 12 o'clock start of the Silverstone Half Marathon.

I'm running in aid of The Childrens Trust. http://www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk/
They really are an amazing bunch of people and they make a real change to peoples lives by providing care, education, therapy and rehabilitation to children with multiple disabilities, complex health needs and acquired brain injury.

I set myself an extremely optomistic target of £2K in sponsorship before the race and I'm curently sat at £1300... so this is my last big push before the race to meet my traget...

I have had some excellent support from the members already but I'm there are still some of you out there that have forgotten... so thsi is a gentle reminder.
