One window wonder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes you guessed it, it's tipping down with rain & the other half is just off to take the cat to vet, all loaded up & notices the window is down a little, tries to close it & it won't budge, decides to open fully & it won't go back up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
End result....one wet cat, one grumpy lady & a visit to the OPC is booked!!
Anybody else had window problems?

There is a known problem with 996 and Boxster windows - they can (on thier own) open an inch or two and not go back up.
Requires replacement of some controller in the door as I understand it.

How's the cat?

How's the cat?

Dried out now, but still looks a little fluffy around the edges, not good for a Tom cats street cred.
He appreciates you asking though Mark.

Just a quick update, the window fault turned out to be a loose wire, either that or they hit the motor with a hammer!! Now working ok, the OPC also fixed three very annoying rattles & gave it a clean all in for an hours labour, what nice people they are at Silverstone!
I went along for the ride, gave me chance to try out the 997S again!
Girlfriend less grumpy, cat still wary of soft tops!!!!!!!!!!!!
