Hi everyone.

Tony and Anthony have done a grand job, so lets thank them by geting on to the main web page and registering your car details on the 3.2 register section.

I fully agree but I have a feeling that what you have done may be out of line with Club strategy. I have been trying to find out what the Club is doing in this area but without much luck yet.

Please visit this thread in the General Forum and add your views.

Well Done!

Hi

I' m glad you like the on-line database.

I welcome all comments good, bad or indifferent so please let me know how you get on. There has been one or two glitches and some of the Supersport register is still not uploaded, but otherwise I am very pleased.

I don' t think it takes a genius to work out the benefit of such a database - accessible to members - for mapping and recording car information, histroy and details. Buyers and sellers alike will benefit from this.

Onward and upward......

I' m probably just thick but can anyone offer some advice - I' ve checked my details and the basics are there - chassis number, colour etc. I now want to add other details - what do I do? Do I start again which seems the easiest option or am I missing the obvious?

Thanks

The way to do it, having just successfully updated my details, is to login to the site, click on the Edit box when your car details appear, and then just change the details, and update.

Sorry if this sounds too simple to be true, but I have just tried it again, just to make sure.

I' ve had another look and it appears my problem is that I was put on the register following an e-mail to Tony so don' t have the password I need to edit my details. I' ve e-mailed Anthony so I should be able to sort it out soon.

Thanks

Roy

Sorted now!

Public thanks to Anthony for taking the time to help me with a couple of problems (and for setting the system up in the first place)

Cheers

Roy
