poor old girl, sold for £4000 too ! someone wants a chassis number for a stolen car?

It is the ultimate antidote to concours excess - given the style of the "with extra rust" street rods about, this would really shut them down. I want one.
 
You guys referring to Rat Rods or Hood Rides? This would do the job - with, rebuilt brakes, steering, suspension and a carburettor 2.2 in the back - splendid!!
 
Believe the 911 on the bonnet is a rare optional extra (if it was factory fitted) . . . adds another £1 to the value.

Would love to hear what happens to this . . . . probably broken for spares, but some mignt just be mad enough.

Good grief I cannot believe it went for 5,500 Euros. I'd be surprised if there were many salvageable parts - someone's after the chassis number I suppose. It claims to be a 1965 911 with a 912/914 four cylinder engine ? Those prices make most peoples chances of early 911 ownership look even more remote.
