Erh my bolts actually.

Previous wingnut that owned my car had spray painted the wheel bolts which as we all know is no good.
It chips and rusts.
So I took them out and zinc plated them then polished them, I am quite happy with the result looks quite close to chrome.

I will post some pics soon.

Was a lot easier than I thought.

I am sure the process was not done by the book but the result for the desired item is sufficient.
 
Theres none that I can see but I only use good sockets with a torque wrench.

And for tyres I take my wheels to the shop cos there monkeys.

If it wears of over time you can just re-plate them.
