Intersting.

It suggests around £50K was spent on the restoration, based on 500 hours at £50/hr. What are they selling it for, about half that I guess?
 
That's just the labour, you've forgotten the parts and the original buy price.

You can phone them and ask what they've been offered but I should imagine it's north of 50k.

my guess would be £40K for it to sell.
 
Yup, I was working on £25K labour (based on £50/hour), original cost £10K & £15K parts.
