Interesting. I meant to reply to your previous post to say that the symptoms were identical to when I had a coil failure - diagnosed and replaced by Porsche Centre Colchester (PCC), who had the car for 3 days. About a month later, same problem again so I took the car to a local Porsche specialist who diagnosed another failure. He said his experience was that when one fails, others follow suit and suggested replacing the other 7 (could have been ripping me off, but that's not my experience of him). I asked how long he would need the car and he said he would do it while I waited. From memory, PCC charged about £250 to do one. He charged about £500 for the other 7! No problems since.
Out of interest, my car also has 21" wheels (Rohana). I bought the car privately but had the car inspected by PCC before purchase. It passed with flying colours except for dire warnings about the dangers of using non-Porsche wheels and non N-rated tyres so I got a local well-respected Porsche performance place to hace a look. They thought it was well set up and perfectly safe so I went ahead and I've had no problems in the 3 years I've owned the car. And that includes everything from towing a caravan in the snow in the Alps to track days.
Cheers.
