I posted on the other thread. They don't want to give the 10% on the selection catalogue. If you're entitled to the 10% it's worth asking for it if you're dealing with someone that doesn't know that you're a PCGB member.
I'm now very confused about the 10% and Porsche retail Group.
I had some worshop work done (they charged me some labour) and they refused to give the 10% (however they definitely do on parts, but prefer not to on selection catalogue). I pointed out that Reading had given me 10% off my Brake fluid Change so they checked but came back and said that there's definitely no 10% off for Workshop. Looks like I'll go to Reading in future.

Hi John,
bizarre, bizarre...
On Dec. 05, the Aftersales Manager + the Dealer Principal confirmed the 10% Discount...
Let me investigate... Do you mind sending me an E-mail r19@porscheclubgb.com about your issue?
All, if you got similar issues, please send me a quick E-mail.
Thanks!

Mr Davison,
tell them your buying the Cayenne for spares!!
Re the discount;
I received 10% today on a number of parts I bought AND I got significantly more than 10% discount for brake discs, always ask for more if your buying a lot!
If you have any problems at OPC Reading in respect of parts, ask for Kelvin he's one of the managers and excellent at customer service.
OPC Reading in my opinion have a particularly good reputation.

Yup .. I have dealt with Reading for (lots of) years ever since they first started servicing cars so that gives you an idea, back when John Manning was the "service manager" (he is now like Customer Service Director Porsche UK or something really up their .. but when ever we meet, he still says hi and asks about my cars) .. They looked after my 944's when I could about afford to pay the petrol never mind a service charge .. I have to echo your feelings .. Thumbs up to that OPC in all aspects ... ie sales / service first class ... [] []
